Do I need to download an app?

No. It runs in any modern browser on your phone or computer. On iPhone, tap Share then Add to Home Screen and it opens like an app.

Is it only for the person who is pregnant?

No. Setup covers couples, solo parents and intended parents working with a surrogate. Add names and the guide uses them, and there is a whole partner section on what to actually do.

How does Ask a Question work?

Type anything, the way you would text a friend who happens to know a lot about pregnancy. The answer uses your current week and the details you entered, and it flags when something needs a call to your provider instead.

Is this medical advice?

No. Preggo Prepper is general information drawn from reputable sources and linked where it matters. Your OB, midwife or care team makes the clinical decisions. In an emergency, call 911 or go to labor and delivery.

What if I do not know my due date yet?

Setup needs one, so use your best estimate: 40 weeks from the first day of the last period. Once your provider confirms the date, change it in Settings and every week, checklist item and answer moves with it.

Who can see my information?

Accepted Answer

Your details and photos are tied to your household, and you have to sign in to see them. Other accounts cannot read them. You can update or clear your details from Settings.

I forgot my password.

On the log in screen, tap Forgot it? and we will email you a link to set a new one.
